Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the Santa's Message mobile app, services, and hosted watch pages. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to the policy below.
1. Overview
Santa's Message is operated by Inobi SRL (“Inobi”, “we”, “us”). The service lets you create personalized Santa-themed videos and audio clips (“Content”). Access is provided via the iOS mobile application and related APIs.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old or have guardian consent to use the app. Businesses ordering on behalf of minors warrant that they have proper consent from guardians.
2. Accounts & Credits
An account is required to place orders. Credits represent the right to render Content and are consumed when an order is created. Credits are non-refundable except where required by law.
Pro plan
Pro subscribers receive additional entitlements (unlimited renders, faster support). We may change plan benefits with prior notice.
Payments
All purchases are handled by Apple’s App Store. Apple refund policies apply. Taxes are calculated and remitted by Apple.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not submit scripts that are defamatory, hateful, violent, or violate the rights of others.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt our infrastructure.
- Do not share private watch links publicly without consent of the recipient.
We reserve the right to disable any account violating these rules.
4. Moderation & enforcement
Orders may be subject to automated or human moderation to protect recipients and comply with platform and legal requirements. We may refuse, edit, or cancel any submission that violates these terms or our safety policies.
We may also suspend or remove accounts, links, or Content if we receive valid abuse reports or detect misuse. When practical we will notify you of the action taken and, where allowed, provide an opportunity to appeal.
5. Ownership & licenses
You own the scripts you provide and the resulting Content, subject to your compliance with these terms. You grant Inobi a limited license to process and host the Content for delivery to you and your recipients.
All Santa avatars, branding, and app assets remain the property of Inobi and its licensors.
6. Termination & changes
We may suspend or terminate the service if you breach these terms or if the service is discontinued. We may update these terms as needed; material changes will be communicated in-app or via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
